FSC Unite is a newly established Charitable Incorporated Organisation in the process of registering with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. Our purpose is to provide free community information, public education, awareness activity and signposting for people affected by sickle-cell disease and related conditions, their families, carers and the wider public.

FSC Unite’s objectives will be pursued through public education, awareness activity, community information sessions, signposting to appropriate services and sharing reliable public information from reputable sources.

CHARITABLE PURPOSE

  • FSC Unite is formed to relieve sickness and protect health by providing information, awareness and non-clinical practical support for people affected by sickle-cell disease and related conditions, their families and carers.

FSC Unite is non-clinical. We do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, clinical advice, counselling, therapy, regulated healthcare, emergency assistance or any replacement for NHS or professional services. For medical or urgent concerns, people should contact their GP, NHS 111, emergency services or their existing healthcare provider.
